Terms of Service

Welcome to KetoPro. These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your use of the KetoPro website and application («the Service»), operated by the KetoPro team («we», «our»). By creating an account, completing the quiz, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using KetoPro you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
2. The Service
KetoPro generates a personalised ketogenic meal plan based on the information you provide in the onboarding quiz (such as age, height, weight, goals, dietary preferences, allergies, and health conditions). The Service includes daily meal suggestions, recipes, nutritional targets, and optional weight tracking. KetoPro is a general wellness and informational tool — it is not a medical service and does not provide medical, nutritional, or healthcare advice.
3. Medical disclaimer
The content provided by KetoPro is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before starting any diet, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a chronic condition (such as diabetes, kidney, liver, or heart disease, or an eating disorder), or take prescription medication. If our quiz flags a health condition, we may direct you to consult a doctor before continuing. You use the meal plans and nutritional information at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for your health decisions. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
KetoPro is offered through paid subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual) and an optional weekly meal-plan unlock (€0.99). Payments are processed securely by PayPal — we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us, through PayPal, to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or through PayPal. After cancellation you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable for partial billing periods or unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@ketopro.app and we will review your case.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account or its content; copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content provided through the Service — including recipes, meal plans, text, images, branding, and software — is owned by KetoPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and its content for your own use. No other rights are granted.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific health, weight, or fitness results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KetoPro and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcome, arising from your use of the Service. You remain solely responsible for your dietary and health choices.
9. Changes and governing law
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
