KetoPro («we», «our», «the Service») is operated by the KetoPro team. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights over it.
1. Data we collect
When you use KetoPro we collect: your email address (to authenticate you and send your plan); quiz answers such as age, height, weight, goal, dietary preferences, and health conditions (to generate your personalised keto meal plan); daily weight check-ins you enter voluntarily; subscription and payment metadata provided by PayPal (we never see or store your card number); and basic usage analytics (page views, auth events) to improve the product.
2. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively to: generate and display your personalised keto meal plan; send you transactional emails (magic-link login, plan-ready notification); process your subscription via PayPal; and send occasional product updates if you have an active subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-party processors
We share data with the following processors under data-processing agreements: Supabase (database and authentication, servers in the EU); Resend (transactional email delivery); PayPal (subscription billing). Each processor is contractually required to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
4. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g. payment records for tax purposes).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@ketopro.app with the subject «Data request». We will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
KetoPro uses only strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
